Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and checkout is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • The deck can be accessed from the kitchen.
  • Off the back deck is a flat yard with a fenced-in dog run for smaller dogs, a barrel sauna, and a new hot tub for guest use.
  • Guest passes must be requested (Sports-level membership is available) and the transfer fee must be paid in advance to the Club to access Beech Mountain Club amenities.

Policies and Rules

  • Cancellation policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home allows dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per dog plus taxes.
  • No smoking inside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home allows dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per dog plus taxes.
  • Guest passes for Beech Mountain Club must be requested and the transfer fee must be paid in advance to the Club.

Parking Information

  • Due to the elevation, Beech Mountain requires all guests during the winter months (Nov-April) come equipped with good tires, 4WD or AWD vehicles, and possibly snow chains.
  • Free parking is available on site.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The living room has a minisplit, and additional window units are provided for the bedrooms during June, July, and August.
  • The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and basics.
  • There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Towels and linens are provided.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • The home has a washer and dryer available for guest use.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • There is climate control in the home.
  • Please note the previous hot tub/cold plunge was destroyed by Hurricane Helene. A new, traditional hot tub is now installed and available for guest use. The sauna survived the storm, and a new cold plunge tank is being added in May 2025.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • A smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.
  • Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows.
